Fees are payable for:
1. Tenants Introduction only: 4 weeks rent.
2. Tenants Introduction and rent collection: 4 weeks rent at beginning of tenancy (Not Negotiable) and £50 handling fee per month.
3. Full Management Service: 3 weeks rent (Not Negotiable) + 10% on the monthly rent (Negotiable).
4. Guaranteed Rent Fees: 2 weeks rent – setup fee + 0% management of monthly rent (Negotiable).
5. Termination of tenancy by landlords in between the tenancy period and / or taking over of management of the property with or without notice under full management service, the landlord will be charged 4 weeks rent.
6. Management take over fee: £300.00 one-off payment from landlord.
7. Deposit protection fee: £40.00.
